Speak Italian With Marina

Fantastic experience: Marina is an excellent teacher, always organised with very interesting content in her lessons.For me it is an advantage she has lived in New Zealand before returning to Italy, and remains familiar with current affairs here, so we always have plenty to discuss. We also share love of Italian films and writers, so she often recommends ones to watch or read. Her patient and encouraging manner has given me the confidence to join a group to continue my language journey. I would highly recommend her as a teacher.,

Fantastic experience: My name is Kip and I learnt Italian with Marina. My mum and I started to learn for a trip to Italy coming up. It was fun to learn with Marina. She made it fun and I liked talking with her. I’ve learnt how to order gelato in Italian, my favorite thing I’m looking forward to doing. And we learnt so much in the 10 weeks. Fantastic experience: I would recommend Marina to anyone who is wanting to learn Italian! She is kind, patient and encouraging. I always look forward to classes with her. They are very well prepared, fun and engaging and I believe my Italian has improved a lot as a result. She has a great passion for teaching and always has good recommendations to give, whether it be for films or restaurants. You can tell that she is very passionate at what she does and it’s a real pleasure to learn from her!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend working with Marina whatever your goals are. I was directing a short film last year and because most of it was in Italian, I needed help with the script translation and pronunciation for myself and the other actor. We both did weekly online classes and it was a great experience. She had quick and clear communication and would send us voice recordings and pronunciation tricks each week following our lessons. The other actor had no experience with Italian prior to this and after watching the short film, people thought she spoke the language. Marina is patient, kind, a great teacher, and I'm so glad I was able to work with her.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I are meeting Marina online once a week for our Italian lesson and we always look forward to it. Marina is patient and is a good teacher on top of having a good sense of humour. We feel totally at ease with her and she makes learning fun. Marina understands our different needs and is able to cater for our different levels. I have mentioned her to our group of friends and i dont hesitate to give her 5 stars . Grazie mille Marina :-)

The lessons are set around personal goals while hinging on real-life situations that incorporate Italian grammar and vocab. Fantastic experience: Marina is a fun and friendly teacher! I’ve benefitted a lot from learning Italian with Marina. I wanted to begin to speak more in Italian, and we have focused on that in class, and I have already made a lot of progress. The lessons are always well-planned, targeted to my learning goals, and enjoyable. The tasks are clear and the homework is linked to the grammar I am learning. I like that Marina has a wide vocabulary and clear pronunciation in both English and Italian – this really helps with explaining concepts and understanding grammar and word meanings and helps with my Italian pronunciation too. I highly recommend!

Marina is highly qualified as well as experienced meaning she can modify the lesson easily and quickly to each individual's needs. Highly recommended. Fantastic experience: I have been a student of Marina’s for 2 years. The classes are fun and structured around practical situations that you would find visiting or living in Italy. Basic grammar rules are incorporated into daily situations, making learning particularly enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: Learning a language for fun, as an adult is a real commitment so many people don't move from the desire to learn to actually learning. I say Marina is patient, well organised, structured but flexible. Also she is passionate about the Italian language and culture, often organising interesting events for students to learn in different environments and ways.
