Negative experience: Courses were moved on online-only (for non-COVID restriction reasons). I mainly signed up for in-person learning so feel my time/money was a bit wasted. Up until then I thought my course was good and was planning to continue and return once they had in-person courses again. FYI for others: They interpret '2 weeks' notice for cancellation as '3 more classes'. It makes the business seem a bit desperate to squeeze the last few dollars out of you as you go.

Fantastic experience: Awesome language school. Online classes ran just as smoothly as it did in person and that really helped with the lockdown in Auckland this year. really nice people that teach too, I would highly recommend Language Hub.

Negative experience: They cancelled my class every 3 weeks or so because the teacher couldn't make it the last minute. Sometimes, the teacher could make it but they still cancelled the class because China/the manager could not tell which one was teaching which class. When I cancelled my contract, they advised that I have to give 2 weeks notice which was reasonable. No problem at all. Then, they cancelled the class again and told me that I had to do another 2 weeks just because the teacher did not show up this week. If you say no, Debit success company (they partner with) still deduct the money from your account. If you don't put money into your bank account for the payment to go out, the would go default and affect your Credit Check in the future. So, they are always right and you are always wrong. Consider my experience before signing up. Hope this helps you.

Fantastic experience: When I started looking for a place to continue my Spanish skills and learning, I looked for a place with the most immersive experience, and Language Hub has been fantastic! It allows you to learn quicker being surrounded in the language during the whole class, listening and speaking for the entire class, my Spanish fluency has increased a lot and I've made new friends as well, so win win!

Negative experience: I took the Arabic class and was disappointed with the lack of resources to help us. The teacher would write in arabic on the board and we would copy and be expected to understand even though she spoke only in Arabic and it was a foundation course! They are also partnered with DebitSuccess who are notorious scam artists and continued to dock money from my account weekly a month after classes ended.

Fantastic experience: I like Languague Hub they always give you a solution to your needs and with its friendly and willing staff to help you. I have been learning Japanese in the Language Hub and has been an experience 100% enriching. My teacher Hiromi is native from Japan and the learning with her it is really satisfactory. Negative experience: Paid for 10 one on one lessons, really overpriced for what you get in return.

Fantastic experience: I have taken Spanish for over a year at the Language Hub and feel confident about speaking spanish now. Besides the classes, special events or movie showings are sometimes offered. The immersion technique is the best! For many months I didn't even know if my teachers spoke english (they do)! The other students are very motivated as well as the teachers so I learned Spanish very quickly.

Negative experience: I wanted to start german classes with one of my friends and when I reached the place it seemed that the place is closed and there was no one answering on the number that is written on the place. and no body answered my emails too.
