Negative experience: Facility’s aren’t the best, and the rate in which they change teachers is alarming. Makes you wonder why no teachers want to stay there for long.

Positive experience: Проучился в школе полный день (с 9 до 15:00) 24 недели. Плюсы: 1. Удобное расположение. Вокруг много кафе разного ценового уровня. Центр города, все дороги ведут сюда. Есть автобусная остановка прямо перед зданием. Есть центральный автовокзал менее чем в 10 минутах ходьбы 2. Учителя с разным акцентом, манерой речи, из разных стран, как носители языка, так и те, для кого английский не родной. Это помогает разнообразить языковой опыт и научиться понимать как британский и новозеландский акцент, так и эмигрантов из Индии и Китая, например. 3. С A2 меня подняли до B2 (IELTS 6,5 от IDP был успешно сдан по окончании 24 недель), при том, что за пределами школы я общался только на русском языке, так как имел удалённую работу в России. 4. Интересные активности, такие как еженедельные собрания, турниры по пинг-понгу, чаепития, походы в музеи и галереи. 5. Разнообразие студентов. Тут учатся и граждане Колумбии, и Саудовской Аравии, и Тайваня. Это делает процесс учёбы интересным. 6. Административный персонал замечательный, отзывчивый, приветливый, всегда готов помочь с разными вопросами. Минусы: 1. Мужской туалет. Он один, к нему на переменах длинные очереди. В нём постоянно пол залит с водой, так как он не предусматривает культурных особенностей почти половины студентов, являющихся мусульманами. 2.Техническое оснащение. Компьютеры в классах старые, работают медленно. На них установлено не активированное программное обеспечение, в онлайн-ресурсах нет зарегистрированных аккаунтов школы или осуществлён вход в чьи-то личные аккаунты (например несколько месяцев в классе смотрели YouTube с корейского аккаунта, меню было на корейском, у преподавателя возникали трудности с поиском нужного вспомогательного материала). 3. Низкие зарплаты. Мной был замечен массовый исход опытных учителей в последние недели моего обучения. Они открыто признавались в том, что увольнение связано с низкой зарплатой. 4. Уроки академические, направленные на зазубривание материала и подготовку к языковым экзаменам. Практических уроков или уроков в игровой форме очень мало. Активности, направленные на командную работу, не имеют смысла, так как внутри одного класса могут быть студенты очень разного уровня, с диким произношением, и общение с ними не развивает языковые способности. Напротив мне регулярно приходилось сильно упрощать свою речь, чтобы одноклассники меня понимали.

Negative experience: The teacher's teaching style is very strange. There's no education. I don't know what I'm studying. It is waste of money. Teachers must be educated. He only talks about himself. I don't know what to do with education.

Negative experience: The marketing manager LiLi is so rude and ridiculed me ''you do not know the word "complain"? your English is so poor? ' If my English is good enough why I contact your school? Having a manager quarreling with consultant, how good the school is???

Positive experience: Had a few private lessons with teacher Joan. She is absolutely amazing! Very good teacher, friendly personality. I learned a lot in just some hours of lessons. Big thanks to Joan! However, I dont want to rate this school with more than 3 stars because the administration of this school is really unorganized. Wrong invoice, an admin fee out of the sudden, calling/texting during my work to pay the invoice they had just send within one hour. Not much of solution seeking mentality.

Negative experience: For English speakers looking to learn a second language, look elsewhere. They only have classes suitable for absolute beginners. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A SECOND TERM. They have a very strict no returns policy. When I signed up for a second term of German, it was too easy because it was a mixed level class and it was just a repeat of last term. I asked if it was possible to get a refund but they only offered me a credit to transfer to a different class so I transferred to a French class. I had to wait several months before a French class was scheduled due to low numbers of students. I went to the first class but unfortunately was unable to continue classes because of health reasons. Even though I provided WIE with a medical certificate they still did not offer me a refund because of their strict no returns policy. I am very disappointed with the service I have received from WIE. I paid for a service which was not up to the standard I had expected so I should have been offered a refund in the first instance. Then, due to unforseen health issues, I was unable to continue with the lessons, and I definitely should have been offered a refund then too due to exceptional circumstances. I am extremely disappointed, hurt, and I feel ripped off.

Fantastic experience: I was spent great time with this institute. I learnt a lot of things: language, new culture, making new friend. It was easy to make friend in Waikato institute. Teachers are very friendly, helpful. Also members of management was helpful and friendly. Students are very easy to know them. According to family smith were very friendly, helpful, respectful, respectful.
